Holidays and Personal Leave: Suntiva’s Personal Leave policy is among the best in the DC area. We combine vacation and sick days into a single plan. New full-time employees earn over four weeks per year of personal leave and 10 holidays per year. Part-time employees are also eligible to earn personal leave based on number of hours worked per pay period.
Tuition, Training and Professional Development: Reimbursement is available for work-related certifications, training, conferences, and/or college level credits at an accredited undergraduate or post-graduate institution. We also provide up to 40 hours of paid professional development time provided for training, conferences and certifications.
Insurance: Suntiva offers medical, dental and vision insurance to all full-time employees, and to regular, part time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Employees are offered a choice of two different medical plans; two dental plans; and a vision plan. Suntiva additionally offers short and long term disability insurance to full-time employees.
401(k) Retirement Plan: Suntiva offers you a 401(k) retirement plan, including both traditional and Roth 401(k) options and a company match subject to a vesting schedule. The 401(k) matching program will match 100% of the first 1% of employee salary deferrals plus 50% of the next 5% of deferrals.
